Attorney Joseph Pehanick is a Memphis Criminal Defense Attorney with more than 10 years of legal experience. He is passionate about helping people accused of crimes to obtain the best results possible in their cases.

Attorney Pehanick has seen all sides of a criminal case and knows how devastating the consequences of a conviction can be for a defendant in a criminal case. His experiences while a law school intern in Drug Courts and in the Shelby County District Attorney General’s Office allow him to help you understand how to navigate the complicated criminal defense system because he knows how judges view certain legal arguments and which strategies prosecutors might use. He also understands that a case can be won or lost in the smallest details and that thorough preparation and strong communication throughout a case are critical. Attorney Pehanick is a graduate of the Fox School of Business at Temple University and the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at The University of Memphis. He is admitted to the bar for the practice of law in Tennessee and in the US District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. He is also a member of the Memphis Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, and a VA accredited attorney.
